- Download the Medflix app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Open Medflix
- Enter your phone number and click submit
- Then enter the OTP and click the 'Verify OTP' button
- If you have a PlexusMD account, you'll be prompted to export your profile details from PlexusMD
- For others, you can complete your profile quickly by sharing your full name, Email id, Speciality, City, a picture of yours, and choosing a handle
A complete profile will be helpful for prospective followers to see when they decide whether or not to follow you.
Once you login onto the Medflix app, go to the profile section to update your profile information:
- Go to your profile by clicking on profile picture (on the top right of your home screen)
- Tap “Edit basic Info”
- Type in your information and tap Update
Your Medflix account may not accessible for the following reasons:
- Technical error;
- You may have entered an incorrect mobile number or OTP;
- You may have repeatedly breached the terms of Use Agreement, or Privacy policy or Community guidelines;
- You may have caused harm to any user, other third parties, Medflix or our Affiliates; or
- You may not be a medical professional.
Your Medflix account can be reactivated on being satisfactorily convinced that there was no breach of the Terms of Use Agreement, or Privacy policy or Community guidelines.
You may request for reactivation of the account by writing to us at support@medflix.app with details of your account (Registered mobile number and Full Name).

You can view Recommended Clubs on your home screen from where you can join by clicking on the “+ Join Club/ Join Group” button.
Yes. You can share a sample video of yours (typically 5-10 minutes) with us over email (support@medlfix.app). It can be an existing video of some webinar/CME or you can record a new one talking about the club you are planning to start.
Our team will review it and connect with you within the next 24 hours to set up your club.
- Prerequisites: You must have the Medflix app installed on your mobile device to attend a session.
- Joining a session: You may join the discussion either from the discussion page or through the invitation link shared by your friends.
- We would advise you to join the session at least 5 minutes before the discussion starts.
- Live session controls: Use these icons to manage your participation.
- View Attendees: You can view the list of attendees in that discussion by clicking on the 'eye icon'. You can also follow the members from that list to build a connection with people of similar interests.
- Raise your hand: Want to speak? Press the hand icon in the lower-left to be added to a speaker request list. The moderator will be notified of your request to speak and can either bring you to the stage or ignore you. If you’re ignored, don't be offended as a moderator can only allow so many people to the stage before losing control of the conversation.
- Mute/unmute your microphone: You will have access to this feature only when the host brings you to the stage (by accepting your ‘Raise a hand’ request or randomly). To mute your microphone, click or tap on the “Mic” icon (on the bottom beside your video). The color of the strikethrough microphone icon will change to red. To unmute your microphone, click the same icon.
- React with emojis: You have a range of emojis to react with during the session to make the discussion more interactive.
- Give Comments/Ask a question: You can share your views or ask a question by typing in the comment section (on the bottom right of the screen).
- Leave a discussion: To leave a discussion, all you have to do is tap the 'Leave' button at the top of the screen.
- Zoom In/ Zoom Out: You can zoom in and zoom out the screen during the live session by pinching in or pinching out the screen.
- View Speakers: You can view the speakers on the top horizontal panel by swiping the left. You also have the option to click on a particular speaker to view him/her on the main screen.

You can invite others to join the discussion by going to the Discussion page you wish to share.
- Click on “Share icon” (on the top right beside the title) or “+ Invite friends” (on the bottom bar in right).
- You will see the option to share via Whatsapp, Instagram, or by copying the discussion URL.
- Choose the option which is easier for you.

Yes, you can share your profile or other member’s profile with your friends.
