Cholesterol-Lowering Diet Linked to Reduced Risk of Hormone-Related Cancers in Women

High adherence reduced risks by 26% for breast (OR 0.74), 52% for endometrial (OR 0.48), and 23% for ovarian cancer (OR 0.77).

Each point on the 7-point score lowered risks by 13%, 20%, and 10%, highlighting such diets as a preventive strategy.
